Uncle Parker had a long sit with our human-dad this morning.  I couldn't understand what it was about.  I just know Uncle Parker wanted something, and it upset our human-dad very much.  They sat together for a long long time.  Something important was decided, but I just do not understand it.  Our human-dad had water coming from his eyes, but Uncle Parker seemed very peaceful.  I didn't interrupt them at all even though I wanted to play.  It seemed to be something important because our human-dad and Uncle Parker were together most of the day.  I felt lonely, but I let them have some time together.

Today my human-mom took us somewhere new.  First we got into this big funny white box.  Uncle Parker calls this white box the "Magic Legs".  He says when you get inside the Magic Legs you can sit still and the Magic Legs do all the work.  When the Magic Legs stop, you get out of the white box and you are somewhere new and not tired at all, ready for a great adventure.  So when our human-dad put me into the magic legs I knew we were going on our first great adventure together.  But I saw Uncle Parker watching out of the window and I was sad.  I wish he could come along.   The Magic Legs started making noise and then started moving.  It moved very fast, and I was very excited.  Soon I forgot about Uncle Parker.

We visited another human, that Dr. Julie human.  She was the one who cut off my thumbs.  But I wasn't mad at her, I understand why she did it.  We went to get something called first shots.

She looked at us and poked us with a sharp object.  It hurt a little, but there was so much to look at and smell that I hardly noticed.  Then we got some yummy treats.

It wasn't long and we were back in the magic legs on the way somewhere else.  When the door opened we were at home again.  I think I am going to like the Magic Legs.

The rest of the day my human-dad was with Uncle Parker.  I was lonely again.  I hope they are not forgetting me.
